Oxygen8 is a Canadian clean-technology HVAC company focused on improving indoor air quality, comfort, and energy efficiency. Their systems provide completely fresh, filtered outside air while reducing carbon emissions, aligning with the growing demand for healthier and energy-efficient building solutions.

I collaborated with their engineering and operations team to design their selection software, which enables engineers and contractors to confidently select, configure, and specify products for custom HVAC systems.

1 — Challenges

Oxygen8’s range of HVAC products, such as the low-profile DOAS (Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems) Nova and Ventum series, offers high-efficiency, all-electric solutions designed for seamless integration with VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems. However, the company needed a digital tool that would make it easy for users to explore product specs, download technical documentation, generate CAD drawings, and configure system selections all in one place.

Users can select products, view pricing, download CAD files, and generate submittals with a few clicks. Reflecting Oxygen8’s branding, the design incorporates clean typography, a structured layout, and a cohesive visual language that extends seamlessly throughout the brand.
