Grow is Swegon NA’s internal learning hub, created to support employees with onboarding resources and professional development opportunities. It brings together two platforms: Grow Online, an e-learning tool, and Grow Live, an interactive training program. I designed the visual identity, branding materials, and digital platforms, featuring playful graphics, educational videos, and fun gamification elements to make learning more engaging and enjoyable.

1 — Challenges

The previous learning platform saw less than 5% engagement, and interviews with new hires and experienced employees revealed three key challenges:

Limited awareness: Minimal promotion left most employees unaware of the available e-learning resources.

Accessibility hurdles: Even those who were aware of the tools struggled to locate and navigate them.

Stagnant content: Outdated materials and low contributor activity reduced the platform’s relevance and value.

The new identity features three floating leaves, symbolizing growth and continuous learning. A refreshed library of animations, illustrations, and icons added energy to the experience, while gamification elements, such as badges, achievements, and leaderboards, encouraged participation and friendly competition.

New progress tracking tools enabled employees and managers to monitor learning progress, while analytics revealed active contributors, trending topics, and opportunities for content improvement.
